We cannot guarantee that the product will not change composition by potentially melting if left or stored in a high temperature environment. We are not responsible for melted product so please consider this when placing your order. Although melting will change the consistency of the product, it will not change its effectiveness. Just let it cool and solidify quickly in your fridge to use.
Damaged Products:
Items that arrive damaged, please send an email to info@mondiahessentials.com. Please include your name, order number, and images of the damaged item. Replacements are sent out the next business day.
Lost/Stolen Package:
